Our Special Projects Division was formed over 15 years ago to address the needs of clients with unique, specialized projects while maintaining the same high level of service that is expected of P. Agnes.
Since inception, our Special Projects Division has developed a dedicated team with unmatched ability to focus on every project detail, allowing us to perform on particular projects other firms of a similar size may not. Backed by P. Agnes’ experience, resources, and technology, our highly specialized team can provide preconstruction, construction management, and general contracting services for even the smallest of construction projects, across a wide range of markets.
Our Special Projects Division is led by the Director of Special Projects, Dan Merz. For each project, we carefully assemble specialized teams with experienced professionals to efficiently manage the project. From estimators to superintendents, our team is well equipped to effectively manage and successfully deliver projects of unique scale.

Agnes Project Managers have been involved with every PFFCU renovation, maintenance project, or new branch construction since then.
