Since inception, our Special Projects Division has developed a dedicated team with unmatched ability to focus on every project detail, allowing us to perform our particular projects other firms of a similar size may not. Backed by P. Agnes’ experience, resources, and technology, our highly specialized team can provide preconstruction, construction management, and general contracting services for even the smallest of construction projects, across a wide range of markets. 

Our Special Project Division is led by the Director of Special Projects, Dan Merz. For each project we carefully assemble specialized teams with experienced professionals to efficiently manage the project. From estimators to superintendents, our team is well equipped to effectively manage and successfully deliver projects of unique scale.
