The mechanical and HVAC upgrades for this project included replacing 20 exhaust fans, servicing and upgrading fan coil units in guestrooms and conference rooms, rebalancing each diffuser, terminal box, and air handling unit, and upgrading the buildings controls system.

Repairs to the façade included general repointing, replacing cracked brick and bond beam lintels, and replacing curtainwall glass.
