The project entailed the renovation of a pre-turn-of-the-century 25,000 sq ft Country Club located in the Torresdale section of Philadelphia, PA. The informal dining, bar, pro shop, and office areas were completely renovated and the ballroom and pre-function area finishes were refurbished.

The informal dining area received a new brick pizza oven and bar. A vertical addition within the existing space added an elevator for ADA access and support spaces. The locker room lockers and showers were redone in their entirety. The site and a balcony outside the ballroom were also addressed.
