This new Continual Care Retirement Community involved the clearing and grubbing of a 60 acre wooded site to make way for the construction of an Assisted Living/Skilled Nursing building (approx. 100,000sf), Community Center complete with a full service Kitchen, Bistro, Central Plant and Natatorium (approx. 35,000 sq ft and two (2) Independent Living Apartment buildings totaling approx. 215,000 SF with 154 units.
