The Virtua Moorestown Health and Wellness Center is located on an 18 acre at the Route 38 exit of Route 295 in Burlington County, New Jersey. The building is a combination of two and three story tenant wings along with a central entrance/elevator lobby and loading dock/maintenance facilities. The Base Core and Shell project included 200,000 square feet of mixed Business and Assembly space along with site amenities and facilities support. In addition to the BC&S, the scope included extensive Tenant Improvements for Virtua Health Systems consisting of a full service Health and Fitness Center with four pools, a running track, and locker rooms; and a Medical Office Wing containing Urgent Care Services, Pain Management, Lab, Surgical Consulting, Nutrition, OBGYN, and Breast Care practices.
