The project entailed the renovation of a pre-turn-of-the-century 25,000sf Country Club located in the Torresdale section of Philadelphia, PA. The informal dining, bar, pro shop, and office areas were completely renovated and the ballroom and pre-function area finishes were refurbished.

The informal dining area received a new brick pizza oven and bar. A vertical addition within the existing space added an elevator for ADA access and support spaces. The locker room lockers and showers were redone in their entirety. The site and a balcony outside the ballroom were also addressed.
