Construction is underway at 2309 N. Broad Street, which is being transformed into a state-of-the-art facility for YouthBuild Philadelphia Charter School.
Drexel University selected P. Agnes as the Construction Manager for its Thomas R. Kline School of Law interior renovations project.
P. Agnes started construction in early October on the University of Pennsylvania’s state-of-the-art indoor track and field facility.
The College of Physicians of Philadelphia is one of the oldest professional medical organizations in the country, and selected P. Agnes to serve as the Construction Manager for the Mütter Museum, basement and ancillary upgrades project.
Swarthmore College selected P. Agnes to provide construction services for their Lamb-Miller Field House and Tarble Pavilion Athletics Renovation project.
P. Agnes was awarded by Cape Regional Health System to provide Construction Management Services for the Radiology and Emergency Department Expansion project in Cape May Court House, NJ.
The multi-year project will include the addition of two floors and 35,000 square feet to the existing Meadow Pavilion along with the renovation of 23,000 square feet of the Meadow Pavilion and additional areas of the hospital.
P. Agnes will perform several projects for Princeton University including the site development and infrastructure of a 96-acre campus, construction of a 610-car parking garage, a 2,500-ton central utility plant, and a geo-exchange borefield.
Biomeme will relocate their headquarters, lab, and production space to 401 N. Broad Street with the help of P. Agnes.
P. Agnes was recently selected by the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School to perform mechanical and HVAC upgrades and façade repairs to the Steinberg Conference Center.
