This project featured the construction of a 17,500 square foot outpatient surgical center consisting of 4 operating rooms and 13 PACU bays. P. Agnes performed a complete gut/fit-out of the existing space, installing new HVAC and electric infrastructure, extensive new underground sanitary systems, and structural steel components to support medical equipment and other demands within the new surgery center.

Within the new facility, which was originally a retail space, are a series of surgical rooms, pre and post-op cure bays, sterile processing and storage spaces. P. Agnes also installed specialized humidification and pressurization controls, a specialized water system to meet sterilization needs, medical gas infrastructure, and modular operating room ceilings, which required the construction of isolated steel structures to support surgical room ceilings and equipment.
