P. Agnes recently completed the Virtua Samson Cancer Center in Moorestown, NJ. The project was a 55,000 sq ft renovation of a vacant grocery store within the Moorestown Commons shopping center. Designed by Francis Cauffman of Philadelphia, the facility features a radiology oncology department that includes two Linear Accelerators and a CT scan, an infusion suite, multiple exam rooms, medical and administrative office spaces, and two conference rooms.
As part of the construction, the facility’s mechanical and electrical systems were completely overhauled and a mechanical mezzanine was constructed to support the space’s new use. In addition, the project also included space for future expansion. Located across Young Avenue from the P Agnes-constructed Virtua Health & Wellness Center, this project represents yet another successful chapter of the continuing relationship between P. Agnes and Virtua Health as well as Aegis Property Group of Philadelphia, which successfully managed the project.
