East Stroudsburg University – Hawthorn & Hemlock Residence Halls
This project entailed constructing a new residence hall complex to replace the aging dormitories that were currently in use. The result is two new residents’ halls, Hawthorn, and Hemlock. There is a total of 330,000 sf with room for 965 students, a police station, and a fitness center. These buildings were also built to use a geothermal well field for heating and cooling.
P. Agnes was At Risk for the scope of work pursuant to a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract arrangement and responsible for the Design / Build of the Mechanical, Plumbing, Sprinkler, and Electrical systems.
