P. Agnes has recently completed the Thomas Jefferson University Alumni Hall 4th & 6th floor renovation project. This project consisted of an interior demolition and new construction of approximately 21,000 square feet on the 4th and 6th floors of Jefferson Alumni Hall. The new construction consists of renovations and upgrades of research laboratory suites on the 4th floor, as well as the construction of a new building addition adjacent to the existing 6th floor east mechanical penthouse.

The work was constructed in multiple phases in order to maintain the existing operation of mechanical and electrical systems serving other occupied areas of the building, and was the latest in a series of renovations P. Agnes has been managing in the space for over 7 years. Stantec was the architect on the project.
