P. Agnes has recently completed the headquarters for Imvax, Inc, a Philadelphia-based biotech company developing cancer immunotherapy technologies. In addition to providing executive office space, P. Agnes built out a space to accommodate Imvax’s research and production facility. The space includes a laboratory featuring general laboratory space, tissue culture labs, a dark room, a microscope room and an equipment room. The completed space, which is located in the historic Curtis Center in Center City Philadelphia, also features private offices, employee workstations, 3 conference rooms and multiple lounge spaces, including one with a living green wall near the lobby.
This project encompassed 16,000 sq ft and the architect who designed the project is L2P Architects.
