P. Agnes has completed the Vantage Surgery Center project. Located immediately adjacent to the Virtua Cancer Center, which was also constructed by P. Agnes, the new Vantage Surgery Center encompasses a 17,000 sq ft ambulatory surgery center in the Moorestown Commons complex in Moorestown, New Jersey. Owned by a partnership between Virtua Health System, Advanced Pain, Pain Care Associates, and Reconstructive Orthopedics, this new center was relocated from Medford, New Jersey.
The project, which features four operating rooms devoted to joints, spines, sports injuries, and pain management; associated pre-op and post-op spaces; reception and waiting areas; physical therapy areas; and office and support spaces, was designed by Francis Cauffman Architects of Philadelphia. Aegis Property Group of Philadelphia served as the Project Manager for the ownership group on this facility.
