The History of P. Agnes

One of the longest standing construction firms in the region, P. Agnes has grown to become a major force in the Delaware Valley Construction Industry. Founded in 1918 by Pellegrino Agnes, the company was later led by his son, Lou Agnes. Remaining a family-owned and operated business, the third generation has taken the helm of the organization and is now run by Lou's son, Jay Agnes, along with his nephew, Pat Pasquariello III. Today, the company is sustained by a full complement of professional men and women, including a members of the family's fourth generation, Patrick Pasquariello IV and Christina Pasquariello. Utilizing advanced hardware and software technology, augmented with first-rate construction methods, the goal of P. Agnes is to ensure total client satisfaction.

Experience, skill, and flexibility are the attributes that we bring to a project. High quality services designed to reduce cost, increase productivity, and enhance performance are the cornerstones of our organization. Our work for healthcare, universities, and corporate America emphasizes our ability to construct projects that are equipped with the most advanced mechanical systems, to support state-of-the-art research, and to use modern operational technology.

The rich history of P. Agnes is a successful illustration of how to apply pragmatic solutions and technical expertise to meet the diverse challenges of design and construction. Our methods emphasize working closely with owners to bring about the most efficient and practical methods to build your project. Our total team approach accentuates our commitment to perform as a central resource for the owner providing accurate and timely information to control the project's budget, schedule, and quality.
